I just wanted to say thank you to Zack for helping us remove the mold from our bathroom. Unfortunately, our home inspector did not notice that water was leaking from the bathtub/shower onto the drywall causing significant damage and mold. I called a number of companies and only 2 showed up. Limzak and another. The prices were very similar so it really came down to who we felt comfortable with. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend Limzak if you have mold issues. I am sure they are great for their other services as well, but we didn't need them. The work was professional and done on time. The best part was that they showed up when they said they would! That in itself was refreshing as so many trades people don't have the courtesy to call that they will be late or not show up. Hopefully I will not need the service again but would use Limzak again in a heartbeat!
