John and his crew were fabulous from start to finish - from the initial planning/estimate to the final product. John takes the time to explain how things will proceed very thoroughly, in addition to price breakdowns. We live in an older home (over 100 years old), and his crew was flexible with working with the existing dimensions/trim/etc. His crew was always polite, professional, and very hard-working: They stayed late to finish up fully if needs be. Of note, his tiler was superb - he very artistically and professionally tiled both bathrooms, and exceeded our expectations.
Overall, a very reliable, honest, and hard-working group, with a manager (John) who kept things running smoothly. The two bathrooms we had renovated took the time and money we had alloted to them - neither went over budget or took longer than expected. Would highly recommend Your Reno Guys (and have in fact already recommended John and his team to people).
