We hired Your Reno Guys in January 2014 for a complete renovation of both our master bathroom and main bathroom. John and his team were wonderful--very professional, respectful, tidy and friendly. Your Reno Guys is a fairly big operation, but not so big that you feel like just another client. John gives you his full attention, and is dedicated to making sure you're happy. At times he went above and beyond the call of duty in stopping by at unscheduled times to assist us with last-minute layout questions.
No reno job is perfect, and there were a few small hiccups along the way, but John addressed all of our concerns beautifully, and was always very reassuring. We're thrilled with the final product, which was delivered on-time and on-budget. We'd hire John and his team again in a heartbeat.
