An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are so excited to have our beautiful new ensuite bathroom thanks to Your Reno Guys. Right from day one we were so impressed with John and his crew for being so professional and just overall, in a word, WONDERFUL. They really did everything to go above and beyond in their customer service. They were very accomodating to our hectic schedule and still managed to get the renovation done so efficiently and professionally. They listened to what we wanted in our renovation and suggested changes where appropriate that, of course, were the better options to what we had in mind.
We are now enjoying our beautiful new renovation and we would not hesitate, and have often, recommended Your Reno Guys to all for any renovations. They have shown to be wonderfully skilled, professional and incredibly nice people to work with.
