Retaining wall, path, patio, gardens, porch and more
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Sal and his co-workers have helped me with several projects in Riverdale:
Building a complicated, strong retaining wall that was impeded by tree roots;
Designing, planting and maintaining a brand new garden. (Starting from scratch).
Rebuilding a front porch.
In every case, the work was done very well indeed. The design was based on what I wanted but was done with knowledge and flair. The carrying out of the plan was, for each project, done in a timely fashion with expertise and flair. The costing has always been fair and the personnel carrying out the work have always been a pleasure to have around. I would rate this organization 10/10 on all fronts.
