I recently had five windows replaced by Global. The owner Alex, responded to my request for a quote very quickly. During that appointment Alex took the time to discuss various options and answer all the questions I had and made excellent recommendations. He measured the windows and provided a very reasonable price and an estimated installation date. Mirko came out that same day to obtain the detailed measurements to complete the order. On the day of installation, the crew arrived and did an excellent job of installing the windows. Mirko is extremely professional and his experience becomes evident during the installation. Before leaving Mirko asked me to check everything to make sure I was happy before leaving the jobsite. I am very pleased with Alex and his crew and will have them back next year when I complete the replacement of the remaining windows.
