Brian is a skilled electrician (among other trade skills) who takes the time to explain his process thoroughly to help his customer understand. He is sooooo friendly and willing to help in an way he can. Brian came to us through a general contractor during our kitchen renovation. He did great work installing our pot lights, under cabinet lighting, moving light switches, etc. During the project we experienced issues with the pot light bulbs. Brian checked with the manufacturer only to find out that there had been a faulty batch. He then came back not only once but twice to replace the problem bulbs free of charge. We have since offered him more work both personally in our home as well as professionally through our small business. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Brian was very thorough in examining the job site and asking very good questions regarding future considerations prior to developing a course of action. He explained in detail what he would be doing and what he would recommend. He was very thorough in testing and determining the requirements for our new piece of equipment as well. All work was carried out in a very methodical and efficient manner, allowing our business to carry on as well while he worked. The result was a new, properly installed (and inspected) electrical panel that functions much better than the previous panel with room for future expansion as well. I will continue to use Volt Master for future electrical work.

I have been around Brian's work for years now and there are several things that I have noticed that set Brian apart. His attention to detail is razor sharp. His passion for quality work done right is unrivaled! He is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet or work with.

Let me tell you how he saved my family from 9 days of no electricity after the ice storm. We were the last house on a small street in Scarborough, ours was the only one that lost its wires. Hydro came by on day 6 the Friday before New Years (we were in a hotel in Pickering through Christmas and saw our house on CP24 thinking it was getting repaired and electrified) we checked out and went home only to find a work order on our door. We all felt very sad that morning so I called Brian as I knew he would be able to help. By Monday night we came home to a warm house with lots of light! He made miracles happen by replacing our wiring and the base for our meter while making sure our power was on before we got back from Sudbury. We spent a very great NYE in our own home something that seemed impossible that Friday when we left for Sudbury.

If I had to sum up my families experience of Volt Master Inc., I would say "high quality workmanship for an honest price that that doesn't sacrifice a project or repair finished on time, as promised and better than you hoped".
