M. Scott did an excellent job in creating a 30 foot retaining wall as well as a walkway. He and his team were very efficient, polite and hard working. They did an excellent job and we plan on having them back to do additional work.

I cannot overstate just how pleased we have been by the impeccable service and quality of work that Michael and the entire crew at M. Scott Home Improvements have provided. With unfailing professionalism, an absolute commitment to good building practices (and abiding good humour in the face of some very soggy situations!), the team worked to transform our damp and dreary basement with a complete waterproofing of the foundation’s perimeter and improved drainage system, in addition to the excavation, removal and re-pouring of the interior floor and the repair of our exterior entry well and staircase. At every step, the crew took great care to minimize any disruptions to us and to our neighbours, keeping the site safe and clean throughout the course of work and the lines of communication open at all times. The original quote provided was very reasonable given the scope of work required, and was honoured without question despite the additional challenges that our site demanded. We are very pleased to recommend them to any prospective clients and are most grateful for the service that we received.

We share a mutual lane with our neighbours that needed to be resurfaced. We decided to go with concrete. Looking around the neighbourhood at mutual lanes that had recently been done, many were done by MScott Home Improvements. We really liked the work they did, and decided to hire them to do ours. They did a great job, used top quality materials, excellent workmanship and the crew was reliable and accommodating. They were organized and kept the property clean throughout the course of the job. We would not hesitate in hiring them again.
