My 4 year old son accidentally dropped his favourite bunny stuffy down a clean out drain on his school lawn. 5 reputable plumbers told me it would be absolutely impossible to retrieve. Fortunately I called Master Drain - Vitaliy and his team to the rescue - the stuffed animal was retrieved from 42 feet below (!!!!) A VERY relieved kid - and mom!

The team at Master Drain and Water Works were great. We called them because my parents pipes were backed up. They showed up the same day to assess the situation and after running a camera and snake through the pipes determined we had roots growing in them. They explained the situation to us and let us know that we would need to replace the pipe just outside of the house with two cleanouts and a backwater valve to ensure water wouldn't back up in the house in the future. They were able to complete the entire job the next day and took care of all the paper work for the city rebate. Their prices were fair and their service was great. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

Replaced all clay pipes beneath the foundation. Vitaliy provided us with a very reasonable quote considering the scope of work. His employees, Walter and Vladimir, were prompt and professional in every aspect. The job site was spotless at the end of every day. It was about as painless as a job of that sort could be.
