A few years ago, we finished our basement and replaced carpeting in the family room with wood flooring. A year later, my elderly mother had been hospitalized for 6 weeks when we received a call that her condo had been flooded. The wood flooring in 70% of her unit was destroyed and she was supposed to be released in a week to go home. I called Andre who went to evaluate the damage that same day and jumped into action right away by installing large fans to help draw out the moisture and having his team move her furniture carefully out of the way. He collaborated with her insurance company, found the exact same flooring to replace the ruined one and ensured that his workers were free to do the job as soon as they were given the go ahead. When done, he sent a cleaning company so that my mother could walk back into her safe, clean home as if nothing happened. The condo below hers was also flooded and they were looking for a flooring company, therefore I referred Andre to them. They thanked me so much after the job was completed. They were extremely impressed and grateful with the workmanship, his genuine care, and timely proficiency. In a business world full of fraud artists, it is good to know that there are still honest, hardworking people around.
