I had a full rebuild on my home and from all the trades that came into the house, by far the worst was this company. They lack workmanship, and any morality. The pictures is of the stairs they did. You can see quality defects in every aspect of the job. The stairs have been just installed and they make noise as of they are from a decade old home. Whats worse than all this is the fact that they misled us about the materials they used. We were promised full maple. When the flooring contractor came to finish the areas around the stairs he noticed that they used laminate for the risers and stringers. Essentially around 30-40% of the stairs is not what was promised. Their response? Do not pick up the phone! Buyer beware!! First advice from me is to not go with these people as they are looking to make a quick buck at the expense of the occupants living in the home by offering subpar everything. Second advice would be that if you do go with them only do so on the condition that you will withhold a portion of the final payment until the work has been done satisfactorily (its the only way they will come back or pick up your phone call).
