these two people are VERY rude and unprofessional. after the first treatment I paid $220 didn't work and we still had an issue I was told they would come back in 2 weeks. After constantly saying they were coming and NEVER showing up with a million excuses finally 3 1/2 weeks later they show up after having to bother them to come. When there , they were unsure as to the issue then asked why i was frustrated. Upon my explanation if them keeping me (and my tenant ) waiting for them and not showing up several times I was told " that was the past we are here now!" I was shocked they just brushed it under the rug like . I was then told by BOTH not to get frustrated and they are there now and to relax. I had enough and demanded they leave my house before something happened, had to threaten to physically throw then out before they left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I ended up having to call another company after having wasted time and $220 on this company.

We are very particular about work and time line. We gave him 2-4 week to return.once we have to reschadule because of weather. He asked us to come. His tanent was nice and cooperative. The owner came without tenant permission and started showing attitude while we are were doing assessment of the cause of lesser house fly problem. He was quiet rude and forced us to Leave the place and wrote this review just to demage our business.
