We heard a loud noise from our basement and discovered that we had water coming from the basement ceiling in at least three places.
I called Precision Plumbing and the person who answered the phone (I'm sorry that I did not note her name) was very kind and after taking some information told me they could have someone out in the next hour! Scott arrived, took a look around and within an hour the problem was fixed. He clearly explained to us what was going on, what could have caused it and how he was going to fix it. It was a great experience given the circumstance.
We will definitely be using Precision Plumbing again.
