One of the best things about them, other than the exceptional job they did, was that they showed up On Time each and everyday ready to start work. Anyone who has dealt with contractors as much as we have over the last 3 years, know how often this does not happen, and it was a pleasure knowing that each morning they would be there as promised. Again, there is no question we give them the highest rating possible. Our eaves and soffits are beautiful, seamless and a great upgrade to our home.

I contacted Reynolds brothers shortly before the end of June by phone and I received a call back within 24 hours and two of the brothers came to my home to provide me with a quote within another 24 hours! My main objective was to get a new eaves-trough installed on a newly modified upstairs deck but I also wanted a complete review of my existing eaves around the house. We determined( after a thorough inspection ) that the eaves around the house also required changing.
The issue we had is that we wanted the new eaves around the deck done before the July long weekend. Reynolds brothers made it happen and not only was my upstairs deck completed prior to the long weekend they returned right after the weekend to complete the rest of the project. It was done quickly, with no mess and most importantly with no stress.
After our first rain storm I noticed that one area of the new eaves required an adjustment and they returned to fix it promptly. They were professional and courteous and I would not hesitate in recommending them for your next eaves project.

Family run business that prides itself on customer service. Quote was given very quickly, recommendations made that were professional and reasonable. Thats all these guys do so its not a sideline. They know their stuff. Price was as quoted, work was done in a timely manner. The guys were respectful to the property, did a beautiful job and left not a trace of garbage or nails. When we contacted Reynolds Bros. Colette returned our call right away & set up a meeting to check our eavestrough. As our house is approx. 24 years old we were not sure if the eavestrough could just be repaired to fix the problem areas or if they should be completely replaced. Colette's honesty and expertise convinced us that replacement of the eavestrough / downpipes was the best solution and we were very comfortable with her advice. Colette confirmed the date the work would be done and her crew was on time, courteous and completed the job exactly as we agreed and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our neighbours have also hired them.
