No job to small for the Reynolds Brothers! Our eaves were recently done and the workmanship is beautiful. Seamless and gutter guard installed. Long over due. The team arrived in the a.m and completed the job in the a.m of the same day. Spectacular job!. Thank you.

Reynolds Bros you guys are absolutely FANTASTIC! I have nothing but good things to say about you guys, the work you did here is beautiful. We had just gone thru a very bad experience with our roofing company who was supposed to do our Metal work, fortunately for us that fell thru and we were able to meet and work with Reynolds Bros.

From the beginning we were put in touch with Colette an interior decorator at no charge who came to our house and looked at the colours in our brick and roof and helped us choose a new colour for all our metal. She even went so far as to go to the paint store with my wife to help her pick colours WHAT SERVICE!!! Talk about going a step above and beyond!

Additionally, our house has several security camera's mounted to the soffit, and all our down spouts drain underground thru PVC pipe installed by our landscapers, from the start I mentioned my concerns about having the camera's re-mounted and the down spouts properly put back, I was re-assured not to worry and that all would be taken care of.

Not only did they remount my cameras PERFECTLY they even corrected a mistake in the way my roof Pot Lights were positioned. During this process one light was accidentally broken due to being old and rusted, they proactive went ahead and fixed it at no extra charge to us - we really appreciate you taking the care to ensure everything that was working when you came was working when you left, that kind of service and attention to detail is rare these days.

Reynolds Bro's was a breath of fresh air, this was a perfectly smooth transaction from beginning to end, they showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would, kept to the price they quoted and were very clean and organized.

WELL DONE I would without hesitation recommend their service to anyone!

More than satisfied with this company! Great workmanship, reasonably priced and the clean up was so well done, you would never know they were there - except there are now beautiful, white eavestroughs with gutters to replace the old, leaf-filled ugly ones! Great service and work. They were very busy so we had to wait a couple of weeks to have the work done but it was well worth the wait. Minor call back regarding a piece of facia was done quickly with no questions asked.

Great guys came to do the work. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. House looks great. Reasonable price.

Right from the beginning, Reynolds brothers were very responsive and professional. They provided an onsite assessment and then a full quote by email in a timely manner. They were accommodating and consultative when it came to doing the work when I was at home. The installers led by Joel were prompt in attending my home first thing in the Morning of the installation date as promised (they arrived 40 minutes early) and did the work without delay, finishing in the early afternoon. Joel also did some minor repair work to my roof (no charge) and was always willing and able to consult about their work as it progressed, even coming back the next day when we called to make a slight alteration to one downspout. They cleaned up very well after finishing. Always pleasant and professional. The bill arrived by email quickly and was exactly as quoted. I also liked the fact that this company is a family business - I enjoyed dealing with the mother for the onsite assessment (quote) and two sons to book the work and settle the account. I am very pleased with the work - it looks awesome. I would highly recommend this company.

Note : When I was deciding on the work, I contacted another provider for a second quote I had to call them twice before they responded. They promised to come out and provide a quote and they never showed up. Clearly, Reynold Brothers has no decent local competition.

Have I said how much we love the look of our home now. Yesterday our daughter from Toronto saw the house for the first time and she was very complimentary about the outcome. Thank you Neil, Sean and Ryan. ( I hope I got the names right). Thank you to Collette ( mom ) as she was the color consultant and chose colors I wanted, only she added the piazzas. There was also Joel and his team. I would like to thank you for your professionalism, your manners which were considerable and the fact that not one of your employees even cursed and yes a thumb was hit by hammer. These young gentlemen were even polite to each other. Wonderful.

The truck showed up at 9:00 Wednesday June 1st. The crew worked until 4:00 cleaned up the bits and pieces including the nails and sweeping the driveway to make surer there were no nails for the tires of the cars to collect.

The crew worked as a team, removing the old siding, eves trough, soffit and down spouts. In some cases fixing some bad spots of wood. If something was bothering you or you had a question all you had to do was ask and you would get an answer. If for some reason they had to fix something they told you why and how they would do it. Then working they put it back together. Our house is not a big house but it only took 3 days. Each day was fun to come home and see what they had done that day. What a change. These men were wonderful. When I came home the third day around

3:30ish I was early or so I thought, I figured that soon I could see the house finished. Well .... I came up the street, the house was done and yes I was so impressed that I stopped my car in the middle of the street and stared. I knew it was my house but the change was awesome. I am sure that the neighbours are tired of me just looking at the house from all sides. When I got to looking out the back I noticed that they had even put the rain barrels under the down spouts. They also left the extra downspout for the winter time when we have taken the barrels away. This crew is really great and I would endorse this company to anyone. The Price was good, the work was awesome, employees knowledgeable. What more can I say.

A couple of days later I noticed that there was a piece that had loosed under the window. Just a piece of trim. I called Ryan and he came to look and sent me a text stating the guys will pop bye later today to fix it and when I got home from work it was fixed. The are true to their work.
