In an attempt to preserve my new roof (and shingles) I needed some minor work done with regard to downspouts and eavestroughs so I read some reviews online and found Reynolds Bros Eavestrough.
I also had a safety issue with the downspout that drained between my garage and my neighbours garage (which are connected because we own center-unit townhouses). The downspout drained directly onto my driveway and last winter I fell not realizing there was a sheet of ice underneath the light dusting of snow. I wasn't hurt but it was enough of a scare that I wanted to ensure I fixed the problem so no one was injured. I approached my neighbours with my concern but they resisted to the idea of moving the downspout to another location because they "didn't think it would look good". Around this time I contacted Reynolds Bros Eavestroughs for a quote and their expert opinion as to how we could safety drain the water without compromising the look of the neighbours house. Despite offering to pay for all the work from the get-go it took several months to finally convince the neighbours to agree to move the downspout. Reynolds Bros were extremely patient with the delay of my neighbours decision and they were understanding to the issues that can arise when dealing with more than one household.
Once the decision way made to move ahead with the work, Reynolds Bros scheduled the job, attended my house a few days later, and completed the work within a few hours. During the installation the workers communicated with me and the neighbour to ensure we were happy with the work.
The downspout is now in a safe location and I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the work that was done.
I would definitely use Reynolds Bros again and will recommend them to friends and family!

The job was completed within 3 hours approximately; they removed all of the old eaves and cleaned up. No mess, no fuss, just a fast and efficient job. reynolds brothers are the best, right from the initial appointment of a thorough and quick estimate to the delivery of the actual physical installation, any questions asked of the working crew regarding certain problem areas that we were aware of were already were quickly answered. I don't know what else I could say about the reynolds brothers. the working crew were courteous and cleaned the yard up and it was left just as clean as when they first arrived, we've had many renovations and work crews over the years here, honestly some have been nightmares and yes online reviews do matter because it is one of the things I look for when researching whom to choose. you can't go wrong choosing this company for this kind of work, family owned and operated. two thumbs up.

Reynold's Brothers completed an extensive project for our business in Barrie which was completed October 2015.

We hadn't heard of Reynold's Brothers prior to getting a quote from a competing company. After accepting the other company's quote, they stopped returning our calls and we never heard from them again.

While looking for another company, a friend recommended that we check our Reynold's Brothers. From beginning to end, they have been excellent to deal with.

Our project was an exterior rejuvenation with a colour change. We were put in touch with their design consultant Collete who worked with us in selecting a colour scheme. We had some ideas heading into the project and Collete made some excellent suggestions while still listening and including some of our ideas. Our building was transformed from a dated cream coloured siding, soffit, fascia and eaves trough. Based on Collete's input, our building has transformed beyond our expectations.

The work crew arrived onsite and on schedule. The work site was always kept tidy and safe with visible progress each day. All staff members that worked on our job were friendly and professional.

Related to a delay with our contractor and of no fault of theirs, Reynold's had to leave our job and return to finish up. Upon returning, the job was completed as promised and a couple of minor items that we had noted were corrected immediately and with no questions asked.

Our project can be viewed at 152 Bradford Street in Barrie. We welcome anyone to stop by, have a look and ask questions. For reference, siding colour selected was Kaycan Castlemore #86 and the soffit and fascia was Kaycan Cactus #77. We used Benjamin Moore #HC-107 Gettysburg Gray for the accent colour.

Great company to work with. Gave us recommendations to solve our problem with run off around the house. The crew did a great job on the installation.

Reynolds Bros provided an accurate quote and date of installation. On the install date(s) they arrived on time. They replaced our entire eavestrough system, including the fascia, soffit, eavestroughs, downspouts, plus we opted to add gutter guards. During installation my spouse and I were talking about how nice the new eaves were looking (we changed the colour from white to charcoal) and we noticed that the flashing around our chimney was white also and would look out of place. We asked Joel if it was possible to get the name of the touch up paint colour they use to match our new eavestroughs, he showed us the can and we took a picture. Later during installation we came outside and Joel had taken the initiative to have our chimney flashing painted. Wow, that was definitely going over and above our expectations. Thank you. The new eavestroughs are both beautiful looking and function very well. During rainfall we notice a considerable increase in water flowing away from our house, which is fantastic. There was a minor issue that we addressed with Reynolds Bros and they were quick to come out and correct it. It's reassuring when you can rely on a company like this to provide service and support when needed after the work is completed. We are happy that we took the time to do our research before having the work done and we are happy that we chose Reynolds Bros to install our new eavestrough system.

This is a family business that listened to what we wanted, and delivered a quality, attractive product at a competitive price.
