Alpha One Door Systems

I called Alpha One on a Saturday. Prior to this, my garage door opener had broken down (gears) and I had run into some other problems with the garage door, leaving it in a completely inoperable state in the closed position.
I explained the history to Greg. He gave me a cost estimate and recommendations on how we could move forward with the work the same day - time was of the essence for me.

He arrived on time, the same day, assessed the situation and found another problem. He had the required part and performed the repairs and exchange of the garage door opener.

Here's what impressed me:
1. Patiently answered questions I had an even went above and beyond in his answers.

2. Made sensible recommendations about choices going forward (get the most out of the investment).

3. Full cost disclosure every step of the way. I knew what I was getting into - no surprises.

4. Took his time during the install and the final adjustments (that garage door opened and closed a number of times with him making adjustments to various components before he was happy with the results) - a BIG difference from what I had observed when the install was done originally about 13 years ago where the installers had rushed the job.

Clearly, he has extensive industry experience, a passion for what he does and takes pride in his work.

Bottome Line: Timely, high quality work at a fair price; overall great value for my money, I couldn't have been happier. Later this year, I expect to replace the garage door and Alpha One will certainly be the first stop for me when moving forward with this.
