I picked Aaron and his crew to finish my basement after getting quotes from multiple general contractors and I couldn't be happier with the choice! The scope of work includes interior water-proofing, adding a full bathroom from scratch, new basement electrical and re-routing the HVAC that was in the middle of my not-very-tall basement. As my house was built in 1910s, Aaron has to work around multiple constraints including a low basement, no parking, narrow entry way and old plumbing. Aaron was great at coming up with creative solutions that best fit my needs without breaking the bank. His quote was very reasonable and detailed, and the final price was exactly the same as the quoted price. He also has very good taste and I was happy to give him free range in picking fixtures and designing layout. Moreover, Aaron is one of the most hardworking person I've ever meet. He was always available via text message and phone, and he and his crew always showed up on time. This was very important as I have quite a busy work schedule myself and am (unfortunately) a life-long worrier and micro-manager. As I was living in the house during the entire time they were working on the basement, Aaron and his crew did their best to not disrupt my life and to keep the rest of my house as clean as possible. I'm so happy with the work Aaron did for the basement that I'm asking Aaron to renovate my bathroom, and would have no hesitation recommend him to all my friends and family.
