Krys and team recently did my basement Milton. I liked Krys from the get-go as he was friendly and honest about what he does. His communication was great and the quality of the work was second to none. When they did framing and insulation was so well done i couldn't believe it, the hvac was done above my expectations, plumbing was done without any issues and all the little things I requested were taken care of too. The final stages and finishing were amazing. The drywall job and painting was so well done we have had nothing but compliments and people asking who did the work.
Krys went the extra mile with us by helping us get everything completed such as custom wet bars, fireplace and all the theatre/media hookups and cables i'll ever need for my man cave area.

Highly recommended and I will use Krys again for future projects.

The planning phase was done with helpful suggestions for layout and finishes. We are very pleased with the finished product, the bathroom has the finish and quality of a main level bathroom. The work was completed on time and to budget. Contractors were very polite and on time.

Krys and his crew did a complete basement for us....6 week turnaround time from design to clean up. Work included creative built-ins , bathroom, sitting/media area, and bar. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the result.

We just had Krys and his crew complete the subfloor and framing of our basement. He completed the job on time, on budget, and the craftsmanship is absolutely amazing. The work is so good I told him I feel like tearing down walls on my main floor and upstairs just to have him frame those too.

I found Krys on homestars.com, contacted him and he was in my basement giving me a quote that same day. He was real with me and even offered me some advice as I was not hiring a general contractor for the basement reno. Before he left I had already saved time and money on his suggestions. I hired him and my wife and I were very picky on dates for the completion of the job because we have a newborn and he made sure to respect those dates. The communication was great. The job was done in 1 day and with perfection. Krys only billed me after he returned unused wood and adjusted my initial quote by hundred of dollars. I have never met such an honest contractor in my life. I have recommended him to 4 people.

I contracted out my basement framing and subfloor install to KRYS Construction, their work was professional and completed within the time line and budget given. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of framing their basement or installing a subfloor.

After Krys framed my previous basement a few years ago, the result was so positive that this time around, I put the entire project in his hands, including installing a bathroom where there was no rough-in. The team he arranged were all wonderful to deal with and he had the timing of each step down to a science. The entire project was complete on time and as quoted. The hardest part of the entire project was choosing the paint, tiles and flooring :P
