An intense and wide ranging infestation was brought under control over an extended period by the close and effective direct action by the director of Pest Services in cooperation with the building manager .

I recently used Muhammad for an issue with mice in my home. The service he provides is unmatched. He came to my house very promptly and was very knowledgeable. In one moment of panic, the night after my partner was bit by a mouse in our bed, I texted Muhammad at midnight. He actually responded and texted with me for some time to try and alleviate my worries and to reassure me that he would come back to my house until the situation was resolved. Aug 29. PPS was highly recommended from a family member. It was $350.00 for the inspection, the cost going towards any future treatment. On Sept. 2nd, Muhammed arrived and put on a disposable haz-mat suit. He informed me that I had a very heavy infestation that would be an extremely long and difficult task for both of us, he also suggested lifestyle changes. He was unable to give me a hard quote for the treatment as it would depend on how many possessions I got rid of and how well I pre-cleaned. Fortunately, he didnt think it necessary to treat the basement apartment. I asked for an estimated price range. He said as low as $3,000.00 or as high as $5,000.00. Considering the bugs hide in the walls, I texted him the next day asking why he didnt think the basement apartment needed treatment. He offered to do the basement for an additional $1,800.00. With costs soaring to $4,800.00 - $6,800.00. I needed a second opinion. Several friends had recommended a different company. They would do the entire house for $1,700.00 including a warranty to guarantee they would not return. They instructed me NOT to replace ANY possessions until the bugs were gone and gave some very simple, sensible instructions. They arrived wearing regular white overalls because apparently disposable haz-mat suits are unnecessary theatrics. They saved me between $3,100.00 - $5,100.00 + the cost of any new furniture, a dumpster and my time. I had the treatment on Sept 14 and waited until now, Nov. 15 to write this review. The bugs are completely gone. It was very, very easy.

Muhammad saved us from a terrible situation. Over the summer, we discovered bed bugs in my senior father's bedroom. I chose PSS because of the glowing reviews on HomeStars. The reviews were spot on - Muhammad was prompt, professional, and very effective. When I called him, he came by the house the next day. The inspection revealed a major infestation that had spread to other rooms in the house. What he showed me was awful. I had a lot of questions and Muhammad answered every single one of them - as an entomologist and an experienced beg bug specialist, he knew what he was dealing with. He told me right from the beginning that the work would be costly, but it was worth every penny. We had to prepare the house for the work by decluttering (getting rid of a lot of junk and furniture we had no need for) and washing all clothing, bedding, and towels (this took me a few weeks). The infestation was so bad my parents had to move out of their home while Muhammad did the work. Once we set a date for the work, I met him at the house the first day and then in the subsequent days, he would text me to let me know when he arrived at the house (usually around 9 am) and also when he left (at around 8 pm). He did all the work himself (to ensure it was done right) and it took him three days. He moved the furniture and mattresses to do the work, and also covered the box springs with special mattress covers (this was an extra cost, but again, worth every penny) and installed interceptors (part of his services). He then came to the house once a week for three weeks to check the rooms (wall outlets, mattresses, sofas, baseboards) and bed bug interceptors he had placed on the legs of the infested furniture. Happily, the bed bugs were gone! What I appreciated the most about Muhammad was the fact that he took the time to explain everything to us, his contract was very clear, he was upfront with his costs, he gave us a lot of advice, he was honest, and most importantly he did an amazing job. Honestly, I wouldnt waste my time with anyone else. Imagine, a two year+ major infestation gone in three days. Highly, highly recommended.
