Pest Solution Services Bed Bugs Specialist

I had called two companies who between them spent 90 minutes on the bed bug problem in my home. A complete waste of $800!!

I Called Muhammad Akram from Pest Solution Services/Bed Bug 101 Canada. His inspection was extremely thorough(over 3 hours). It was immediately apparent that Muhammad is an expert. He knew exactly where to look, and explained every step of his thinking, AND a bed bug's thinking to me. Explaining that when the other companies sprayed, the bed bugs just ran and hid where there was no spray!

Muhammad spent 7 hours administering his treatment. He turned my sectional sofa upside down and showed me the discarded exoskeletons, and a few nymph bed bugs that had hatched after the last spray.
He completely dismantled our bunk bed, removing every screw and checking the screw holes with a flashlight. He showed me the sides of the bunk bed slats, which he unscrewed from the frame. There were probably 200 eggs on the sides of the slats, that I didn't even see until Muhammad told me what I was looking at!! He removed the electrical outlet plates, the cable plates, the vent covers and even the door stopper!
He used a steam cleaner set at 200 degrees (I read that 180 degrees kills them) that he had modified to produce the best results. He sold me top of the line bed bug mattress covers at a very reasonable price. As well as bed bug detectors for all of the rooms.
HE texted ME 2 weeks later (I did not have to chase after him) and booked a follow up appointment. The follow up appointment was about 90 minutes long. We didn't find a trace!
It has been 4 weeks since that follow up appointment and I am STILL bed bug free. Life is starting to return to normal.

Muhammad Akram is a true professional.
He costs more.
MY BED BUG PROBLEM IS GONE.

This was the 2nd time we had been plagued with bed bugs and trying to do it ourselves was a complete waste of time. We called Mohammed and sent him photos of the evidence we'd seen and he confirmed and came out within hours to make a plan. Two days later he came back and spent the whole day systematically working through the infested room using a variety of methods. While the work was expensive, it was WELL worth the cost. He provided us with "traps" to verify that everything was clean and after a number of weeks we have seen no evidence. Mission Accomplished!!!
Mohammed is very competent and knowledgeable. Bed Bugs are "his passion" and his one and only specialty and it shows. I would not hesitate to hire him again and would certainly recommend him to anyone who is plagued by these pesky annoyances.

i would like to start my review by first and foremost giving our utmost THANKS to Mr.Muhammad Akram - he truly gave us our lives back!!! about 2mths ago me and my bf of 10yrs finally took the step to move in together! after just 3 weeks in our cozy world of happiness, i started to notice some red bumps and itchiness around them. Having moved into a new place and during the summer season i naturally assumed they were mosquito bites and somehow they would get in through the meshed windows at nite while we were sleeping (i know, duh right??). After a few nites with the windows shut, it was clear the bites had to be coming from somewhere else...boy was i ever right!! and boy this was the one time in my life i wish i hadn't been right!! Needless to say, i FREAKED OUT!! jumped on the web and started pounding down on the keys trying to find HELP! luckily i found Mr Muhammad Akram and it was like Jesus himself had sent our savior!! the day i called him in a frantic panic he was calm, soothing, he really took the initiative and helped me get a grip! he came to see us right away and did a run thru inspection and we were definitely infested...just how bad, we didnt know... yet!!! at first we tried to let our property management handle it - as we are renters it was advised that we should do so. BIG MISTAKE!!! not only did they do a half a** job but they made it worse!!! and that was enough for me! i called Muhammad right away and told him that the infestation had not gone away and that it may have gotten worse, he had no hesitation to come and inspect our place again and re-confirm our worst fears....we were in fact still infested...and it looked bad!! Instant devastation took hold of my insides and the look on my face...lets just say, it was almost like a death had occurred. But Muhammad being himself, assured us that everything would be fine and he would take care of us - and wow did he ever! He treated our place using his special equipment and incomparable skills and tackled our problem head on! so thorough and meticulous...he really did an excellent job!!! there are not enough GREAT things i can say about Muhammad but what i do know for sure 100% is his passion for helping people and that to me above all the outstanding things i can say about Muhammad is what always came through on his visits with us - he truly just wanted to make us happy and he did! i am FOREVER grateful to you Muhammad, for everything you did for us and teaching us what to do and not do going forward!!

Muhammad was great to work with. He was prompt in returning my calls and quick to make an consultation appointment. Within 24 hrs. of diagnosing the problem he was back to perform the treatment. I would recommend him to anyone with a pest problem!

I can't say enough about Muhammad and his prompt, professional service. He drove all the way to Guelph the day we called him and he determined there were no bed bugs in our house. So refreshing to meet such a gentleman.

Mr Muhammed was terrific. He was courteous and professional. He put my mind at ease from the moment we spoke on the phone the first time. He showed up when he said he was going to show up and he would call when he said he was going to call. That is very important and just common courtesy. What set Mr Akram apart from everybody else was his calm and gentle manner. Everybody I called before Mr Akram said that the only way to get rid of the bed bug situation was to heat my entire house to a really high temperature. Mr Akram said that this was not necessary.
