Tree Doctors

Called these guys [and girls] when finally deciding to remove the storm-damaged tree. Their representative came out pretty quickly and gave me a quote and an explanation on why I should go with what he recommended. Nice guy, good job.
Scheduling was a breeze, and the guys who came out were efficient and cleaned up well after themselves. Solid work guys, you've earned the good stuff I've heard about you.

We had a few quotes but the price from Tree Doctors was the most reasonable. We decided to give them a chance and absolutely happy with the service we received. The crew was very professional, polite and organized. Thank You!

Had my large Manitoba Maple tree trimmed a week ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. John the estimator came by the day after my initial call and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process. When the crew showed up 2 days later I was pleased to see they were on time and got right to work. By the end of the job everything was cleaned and put back in it's place. Great work and would highly recommend to anyone I know!

These guys did an amazing job removing a very large Locust on our yard. The crew was competent, confident and efficient the entire time. Absolutely no damage to the property!

We hired Tree Doctors to trim our Maple tree, which was seriously beaten up by the winter ice storm. The crew just finished working on it and they did a wonderful job!!!
The whole experience with the company was nothing but positive. Olga from customer service was very professional and managed to get everything organized for us the same week!

These people are the best in every way. Excellent, detailed and prompt diagnosis of the tree in question, good followup communication, very courteous and hard working crew who know exactly what they are doing. This was a very large tree in a very small space to come down and their work was impressive!!! And they left the yard clean! I would give them thumbs WAY up to anyone looking for tree services of any kind!

Had to have our back yard trees pruned after the ice storm. Tree Doctors did a fantastic job of clearing the broken branches and lighten the ones near the house. Very pleased with the work.

I contacted Tree Doctors initially to perform trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding. Overall, my experience was a mixed bag.

The good: the actual work done was quite good, and met my expectations almost perfectly. The workers were friendly, and seemed to care about doing a good job and about my family's safety. The guy who did the tree stump grinding was very patient with the extremely tight fit of the alley to our back yard, as the grinding machine almost did not fit.

The not so good: dealing with the office and the scheduling procedure was a real challenge. I was not kept up to date on the status of my request, and I had to call them several times seeking updates, even though they said they would call me. There seems to be only one person in the office that is actually capable of scheduling the work, and on two separate occasions I had to wait at least four days for that person to return to the office; it was a total of six weeks from requesting an estimate until the work was actually scheduled. Regarding the trimming work itself, one very large branch was left behind in my neighbour's yard (though they came back several days later to take it away).

Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the work, but due to the hassles of dealing with an office that didn't seem to entirely respect how they deal with their customers, I don't think I would return to them for work in the future.
