James came for a "pre-sale" home inspection, just after I had a major sewer project completed. During the inspection James identified a serious issue with the project that could have led to $1000's in damage to my home. He even followed up with the contractor for me with his concerns and the contractor returned and sorted the problem before anything got out of hand.
