Andrew responded promptly to my request for a quote and followed up with a firm commitment to a particular date for the work. He and his crew came on the promised time. During the work he continuously checked with me on how I wanted the tree to be cut. His knowledge and professionalism was evident throughout. His team was also competent, friendly and polite.
