When I phoned the company, the contact person (Kevin) was very friendly and helpful. I was told exactly what would be done, when they could do it and what I needed to do to prepare for the job. As promised, they came, did the work and even provided photos and video of how the gutters looked before, during and after the job. I went up on the roof myself to examine the work and was very pleased with the result. I heartily recommend Swiss & Sennhauser.
