DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY...If you love your furniture, don’t ship with them.
I moved from Mississauga to Vancouver in September. Our items have been delivered in two part-deliveries and no one had the overview, where our items are. Now two month after the first delivery we are still missing some of our belongings.
One of our wooden chair, a glass/ wood drawer from an expensive designer armoire was broken, scratched is the side and back walls of the same armoire only to list the major damages.
We filled out the damage claim report and wrote an email. The only response was that the mail was forwarded to the manager. Since then complete silence.
