The Gutter Patrol

We had a great experience with Moe and his crew. Our job was relatively small and a few contractors were asking for a few weeks just to send somebody to provide an estimate. Moe came after work, provided some feedback and we agreed on a day and time to do the work. They were on time, completed the job professionally and the most important is that they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any project size as they are equipped to do small or large jobs.

I was very pleased with the pricing, quality of work, and customer service. Arrived on time, went above and beyond the work initially contracted to provide - with no amendment to initial quote. Very pleasant to deal with on all levels.

Moe was polite and very helpful, he was much better than the other company that I had asked to quote.

The job was professional and I can certainly say that we will be using their services again.

The Gutter Patrol was an absolutely refreshing business to deal with. I found them right here on Home Stars, and based on reviews, gave them a call to fix a downspout problem. Moe returned my email promptly and gave me a quote in Cochrane based on photos I sent. He is very friendly and his prices are fair. He showed up and and was very knowledgeable and efficient getting the job done and assured me that our satisfaction about his work was most important to him. I wish more businesses were this pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much Moe!

Moe arrived on time to review the work and give me a quote. I said "Let's do it" and we agreed to start the first or second week of May. I received a call at the end of April that he could do the work on May 1st. "Come on down", I said. We agreed he'd arrive some time between 11 and noon and he'd give me a half hour notice so I can review the scope with him before he starts. So we said, and so it happened.

Moe arrived with three others and they worked for a good three hours. One of the workers (Mohammed), was the downspout specialist. As you can see by the photos, he did a great job; good and solid! As one of the photos shows, Mohammed used stand-offs on the downspout to allow the elbow to rotate and point to the plane of the neighboring fence. My gutters had pulled away from the fascia because they were nailed in. A couple of sections of fascia trim were dislodged too and one of my corners had a leak. Moe worked with the other two to install gutter hangers and sloping the troughs. He had to detach one of the troughs from its corner to slope it properly. He didn't account for that in the quote so he did it for free (thanks Moe). Two fascia trim pieces were also re-attached.

Moe included me in reviewing the work at various stages including how far I wanted the downspouts extended. He and his workers were courteous and took pride in their work and gave good advice. Moe instilled confidence throughout the whole process making the whole effort painless.

I'll definitely invite Moe back for more work as it arises.

A couple of final notes: the two flexible extensions, the rest for the front downspout extension and the leaf filters are from my inventory. Sorry if the orientation of the photos I added is wrong; the site won't give me an option to rotate them.

Moh and his crew of The Gutter Patrol came over to my place at Country Hills to clean the gutter and down spout, fixed leakages. They were very professional. They also helped me out in doing a job that was outside the scope. The work they did and the repairs were much appreciated. I will refer The Gutter Patrol to others.

Had two cracked and not ideally placed downspouts that needed to be replaced and rerouted. Also needed to have the eaves cleaned out and on a two story house was not able to do it myself. Moe was able to come by to take a look and give me a quote shortly after I called during the winter. Once the snow finally stopped and melted the guys came by and got the work done quickly. After cleaning they also recommed an additional downspout to a corner of the house that was not draining properly and were able to install on the spot.
Would defintely call Moe again for any gutter/downspout issues.

Moe recued me and my pitiful DIY downspout. He was courteous, professional and willing to help me understand where I'd gone wrong. Being retired and divorced, I'm very pleased to know there's someone honest and capable I can rely on to give me a hand when I need it at a reasonable cost.

bought a new (too us home )in sept and never noticed a length of fascia was missing ,and we thad a problem with some leaking gutters,and figured we should probably get them cleaned if the cost wasn't too much gso i got a few quotes and guys telling me that they might get around to it sometime, probably because it was not a big enough job too them but it was too me ,so i never went any further with those people,i read the reviews about mo from gutter patrol ,and thought okay give him a call ,he returned my call within probably 10 mins,and said he would come out that day and give me a quote which was very reasonable indeed,now there was still a ton of snow on my roof so i wasn't expecting it to be done right away ,but just needed a ruff time frame and cost ,mo said once the snow was gone he would give me a call ,and yesterday (sat )he give me a call he said he was in the area and could do it right away ,so from the time he called me to getting the job done was approx 90 mins really ( amazing) .MO and mark went over exactly want was to be done to make sure we were on the same page ,and by the time i had finished talking with mo, mark had the fascia installed ( wow ) and was on to cleaning out gutters that had not been cleaned in probably 25 years while mo was taking care care of installing some flashing and end cap,sand walla the where done ,he also gave e some great advice on the state of my roof all with absolutely no upsell ,in fact he talked me out of some extra downspouts that i thought i needed ,( this impressed me a lot )i will definitely be using Mo again in the future,and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends or family Mo is a genuine nice guy as is mark and they definitely put customer service 1st and his prices are definitely very reasonable,i would highly recommend Gutter Patrol too all thanks Mo

I was very impressed with the service I received with Gutter Patrol. Really nice people and unquestionable honesty.

I had received 2 other qoutes and Moe's price was on point. I'm glad to have another contractor that I can rely on when needed.
