I had vinyl windows installed at my home 5 yrs back. The locking arrangement on a couple of sliding windows was damaged. I tried unsuccessfully to get the original installer to attend to the repairs. All they stated was that they no longer deal with the company that had manufactured our windows. Months went by and after much looking around for other dealers, by chance I was recommended this company. I have no reservations in stating that Yuri personally took charge without hesitation and he got our windows working again in no time. Great job! I wish him and his company all the very best. PR
