Heather came promptly to look at the site and gave us a quick quote, including a description of the service. A few days later, I got a call from Zoe who informed me about the time and date the crew would come. The crew came earlier than anticipated and got down to work. Four hours later the tree was gone, the backyard was spotless, and the work was done as described. Hilary is like spiderman. This guys definitively knows what he is doing. All of them, the crew, Hilary, Heather, and Zoe were a pleasure to deal with. I would hire them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.
