I had the misfortune of dealing with this company recently. The interaction started off excellent I had issues turning from cooling to heating and they showed up within a couple of hours and determined it was a pretty major part and could not do the repair within my condo as it involved soldering which would not comply with condo rules and took my unit on a Monday at noon and promised to have it back that Saturday latest. To make a long and stressful story short from the time they had my unit I stopped hearing from them unless I contacted them. I would call or text them they never reached out once first on their end. I would hear tomorrow, or still waiting for follow-up and this pattern would continue day after day. By the following Tuesday - 8 days later I could not get a hold of them by phone so I texted and asked them to return my unit unrepaired and I would go elsewhere. Still no response so I had my husband follow-up and he basically had to threaten to report them if we did not have our unit back. They ended up showing up 2 weeks later with the unit fixed although I asked them to return it unrepaired. We came to an agreement out of desperation on our end to pay for the cost of the part but not labour. Working great now but so not worth the headache and frustration. Hassan was the main contact I was dealing with and he was beyond frustrating to get a hold of, have him return your calls, give an ETA or anything. Really frustrating experience overall I would rather have paid in full for great service and heat when I needed it most!
