Painting of deck and exterior trim
We chose to have our painting done by Prorise because of their high HomeStars ratings and because the owner Joseph was very knowledgeable and professional at our initial meeting. He offered valuable recommendations on what work our home needed, and on the paint product and colour. Based on Joseph’s recommendations, we decided to have our home pressure washed, and our deck and exterior trim repainted.
We were happy with the painting and the pressure washing work. In general the work appears to be well-done. We haven’t found any major issues with the painting and the results of the pressure washing met our expectations. After the much-needed work to freshen up the exterior of our home, we think that our home looks great.
However, we did experience a few issues that unfortunately negatively affected our customer experience: e.g., power washing contractor missed two scheduled meetings and also wasn’t able to complete job, painting work started later and took longer than expected (and thus could not be finished during the sunny weather we had), and lack of regular status updates on the work.
In summary, we think a bit more could be done to improve the customer experience but we would still recommend Prorise Painting to our friends.
