This is the third and fourth room that I've had renovated by Perfect Home Renovations. The first two renovations went very well. I was happy with the results and these two renos are no different.
I remodelled two rooms: new floors (subfloor), trim, paint etc.
Wayne handled my renovation and he was great! He checked in regularly, made accurate materials lists with me and always made himself available when I had questions or something came up. When we ripped up the floor and found that some extra work needed to be done he made sure a competent trade was called in to do the unexpected worked.
Dan handled most of the labour on the job and he was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, polite and worked hard to do everything to as high a standard as possible. He even got along well with my dog who was wandering around the construction site most of the time.
The rooms look amazing and I am very happy with the work.
I have more renovations planned for the future and I will be calling Perfect Renovations to do the work.
