I will say that they are very helpful when you are initially booking the tents. Thank you for that! However my contract stated I was supposed to receive a heated tent for my event - the tent heaters began to blow cold air, people started complaining and leaving. By the time the technicians came out, the event was pretty much over. I was promised a follow up call 3 times on multiple occasions, from multiple people and still have not heard a thing. Its been over a month. I am taking this up with MasterCard. I paid $2500 for a heated tent....Yet got a tent that blew cold air and made us lose people. The ironic part was that when we booked they told us 2 heaters were excessive. Turns out they were wrong. Not to mention the set up of the heating systems. The venting was literally held together with jammed in clips. Very, Very Disappointed.
