Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with
Heard water running down the wall, in the basement and I feared the worst after popping my head into where the sump pump was. It sounded like water was running down the wall, so I called the fine folks at aquatech to come take a look.
Starting from the first call in, I was greeted with nothing but kindness, courtesy and compassion. They were able to dispatch Shawn to my house, quickly at that. While I was worried I might have a Crack in the foundation Shawn came in and within a few minutes found the culprit was the pipe from the sump pump and not water pouring in as I suspected.
