Aquatech Basement Waterproofing

Aqua Tech was referred to us by our content neighbours who also had water issues in their home. They were very detailed in explaining their waterproffing process and provided a nice brochure itemizing the steps. The crew who consisted of two gentlemen (Andrew and Andrew) carried out the entire work digging by hand. They laid tarps all around the house to protect the grass/garden, removed shrubs/plants, maintained a clean and safe work environment. They provided us with updates on a regular basis and sent us various photos of our exterior walls. The entire process took approximately 1.5 weeks, everything was put back in its place. After discovering water in our basement we started looking for a Water Proofing Company. We got 3 competitive quotes from different reputable companies and decided to go with Aquatech.
The reason for choosing Aquatech was the salesperson Nico. Nico thoroughly inspected the area and explained the process from start to finish. He was very courteous, respectful, professional and most of all he gave us options.
The crew consisting of Matus and Patrick arrived promptly on the agreed date and worked hard throughout the entire 3 days. They conducted themselves professionally arriving on time, keeping the site clean and being patient with me and all my questions.
In the last 3 weeks since the job was completed on August 18 we have had a few heavy rainfalls and are pleased with our dry basement.

Andrew reviewed the situation offering two suggestions and estimates, suggesting the least expensive option due to a number of factors we appreciated. As well he brilliantly found us a $1750 rebate that we had not taken advantage of when another co. installed our sump pump, making the project almost at no cost to us. The work was done very professionally and scheduled very quickly. We have just hired Aquatech to replace our aging waste pipe. Very satisfied with the estimate and work. HIGHLY recommended.

The crew that worked on our house were professional, efficient and hard working. They got the job done in 4 days, and didn't leave a mess behind. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them in the future. The crew we had consisted of 2 guys - Andy and Jack. Young and full of energy. After speaking to a number of Waterproofing companies (I spoke to 9 in total), I decided to go with Aqua Tech. They performed work in and around my house just before the Civic holiday weekend.

Salva and Bob (the gentlemen who performed the work) were GREAT! They covered up all the areas they worked in and cleaned up everything after the worked was completed. They worked very hard and quickly! All done in 1 day!

While the boys were working, I had a scheduling conflict (my fault, not Aqua Tech) with another company. So they had to stop working for about an hour so this other company could perform their work.
