Jack came over and assembled our bbq out of the box (we're not too handy or inclined). Given that it was purchased on sale last season, I didn't mind investing the extra $ to make sure it was done right. It took a couple of hours and Jack also picked up and delivered a tank of gas so we could bbq right away! He also showed up on time, was accurate about how long it would take, and sent a follow up to see how it worked... thanks Jack!
