An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I want to thank you Stephen and your team for the great work on our waterproofing. Throughout the project your people were respectful and courteous, explained what they were doing, and delivered what was promised without hesitation. I’d also like to report that the woman down the street - who you helped based on meeting her here – also has nothing but good things to say about you and your team.
Having had an awful experience with the “other” guys and their abysmal customer service and responsiveness, I felt compelled to send you a note. You’ve renewed my belief that there are still people out there who believe in service and keeping their promises.
I tell everyone who will listen about both waterproofing experiences, and I’m sure this will result in more work for you and your team. I say, well deserved!
