We found ourselves with an unsafe furnace that needed to be replaced quickly. It was excellent how quickly the company responded to make these arrangements. They did all the details in terms of arranging financing and the day of the installation worked very efficiently. We were really pleased.

After moving to a new home, we had contacted Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning to provide an inspection of our furnace and AC. Our technician, Daniel Mitchell, was pleasant and quite patient in answering my questions regarding these components of our new home. He did a thorough job of his inspection and provided me with valuable information regarding the maintenance of our equipment. I heartily recommend Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning.

I had a 10-12 appointment. They stated that they would call before to confirm visit time. When they had not called by 10:30 i called, they then promised a time between 12 and 2, never showed up. Finally showed up at 4:30 no call to confirm visit. Tech found out that the A/C needed a new compressor. I was elected to be his assistant (putting in fuses and removal of fuses). Tech suggested that I also replace my high efficiency gas furnace when I replace my A/c unit (I have no problems with my furnace). Tech said he would send over sales people to talk to me and I said that I was going to shop around for an A/C replacement. This service requires you to pay on the spot they don't bill you through the mail.
