Home renovation of basement, porch, main level, bathroom
John Carlo did our home renovation and we were extremely pleased with the service provided and most importantly the quality of workmanship. John Carlo helped us design of our basement right for the beginning to the final completion. Our main level we had our power room, ceiling moldings, kitchen backslash, front porch, in-ground sprinkler system and doors installed and all was completely in a timely fashion. I've dealt with many contractors in the past and working with John Carlo has given me the trust I need to know I not being ripped off and taken advantage of. He was always clear and up front with pricing and helped with choice of materials. One additional thing I would say is even thought I didn't need to call, John Carlo followed up with us on a regular basis for at least 2 months to see if any touch ups were required which I thought was amazing customer service considering the work was done perfectly. I would highly recommend John Carlo and Ingenuity Contracting and have recommended his name to many of my friends and family.
