I never had a renovation done so smoothly and hassle-free as Ingenuity was able to do. My last 4 renos required lots of energy, but Ingenuity was able to help me from the planning phase through all following steps of the renovation without requiring lots of my time. Words as reliable, creative, high-quality, precise and detail-oriented could be used to describe their work. And, as the cherry on top, they are clean! I was expecting a big mess at home as I was living in the house while the basement got finished but it didn't happened - they are the cleanest contractors I've ever seen.
