Excellent work by Niall and team during every step of my renovation from demo to installing the new kitchen, flooring and bathrooms. Work was completed on schedule and on budget.

Niall and his team did an amazing job replacing my door and door frame, which were severely damaged from a break-in. They also built two ceiling access panels and completed a lot of trim work. These guys are truly skilled and complete their work with great precision. They really take pride in what they do. I was extremely happy with their work and I would definitely recommend Carpentry At It's Best Carpenters. I would also hire them again.

Niall and his team redid our fence, added a deck to our backyard spanning the entire width of the yard, and then returned to subsequently redo our front porch and steps. We're very happy with the quality and attention to detail. Niall got the job done quickly, on time (if there was any delay of even a few hours he explained why) and for the price agreed. We would definitely use him again.

My husband and I hired Niall and his team to renovate our home. The scope of work was large and we were investing a lot into our home, so it was critical for us to find a contractor that had extensive experience and someone who we felt we could trust with our investment. Another important factor for us was having someone who would not only project manage our job, but also roll up their sleeves and do the work themselves. We were able to check off all of the boxes in our initial meeting with Niall.
Our renovation started in January of 2020 and was scheduled to be completed in 6 months. Even with the global pandemic, Niall delivered on his promise of completing the job on time. We believe his industry experience and knowledge helped us navigate through some difficult situations that the pandemic posed on our job.
We also can’t say enough good things about Niall’s team - both Steve and Billy were so great to work with. We are very pleased with their quality of work and attention to detail.

Nail and his team did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, tidy, and safe. We have two young kids, and they put their safety first every step of the way. All team members were very pleasant and polite. Nail offered a few solutions we had not considered and other builders did not even mention. There was no upselling or attempts to generate more business. The quality of workmanship is some of the best we have seen. Looking forward to working with them on future projects.

I have worked with Niall before and hired his team again, this time for replacing the rotting deck and part of the fence in the backyard of my old house. Niall and his team were efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Right after they finished the job, I received many compliments from friends and neighbours. Niall will add the pergola once the ancient shingles are replaced by sidings but already, I couldn't be happier with the deck and the fence, including the attached door that opens to the laneway.

We hired Niall and his team to do two bedroom renovations in our condo. Complete demo! New plumbing, lighting, fixtures, tile and glass doors. The tile work is our favourite! Niall was on time and on schedule. His estimate was accurate, fair and no surprise costs associated. He was professional and courteous. Our project started at the begining of the covid-19 crisis.
