I needed to have a flat roof repaired on a small room attached to a commercial building due to a leak found when doing some renovations. I initially had someone come who provided me a quote and an end date of when it would be done, after chasing this guy for close to a month I had enough and decided to look on homestars. After making a few calls, and speaking to a few people, I decided to give Ranieri a chance. I can honestly say that was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Ranieri was prompt and very easy to get a hold of. I wasn't able to be around when Ranieri wanted to take a look at the roof, but after his investigation, he found that the roof actually needed much more then just a repair and recommended the whole roof be re-placed. Having seen the state of the roof, i decided this was indeed the best way to go. Ranieri gave me a day the following week he would be able to come and do the roof and even indicated it may go into the next day which was fine with me. Ranieri and his guys were ON TIME and worked to get the roof done. He had to come back to fit a small piece, but he came the day he said he was going to come.
The price was very reasonable and I have already recommended Ranieri to some friends who were looking at getting some work done.
I can't stress anymore how impressed I was with Ranieri. His work ethic, communication (WHICH IS KEY!!!) and the quality of work that he had done. I even got him to fix a small leak at our house that a few other people have tried to fix but only did some Mickey Mouse fixes. Ranieri did it how it should have been done and with the recent rain we have had, there's been no leaks!
