Ali was great in trouble shooting my broken underground wire from house to garage. Ran and connected new wire and conduit, connected to house again.. Took the time to do it right and explain along the way which I really appreciated. On time on budget. Great guy. Won't go wrong with him.

First let me start off by saying Ali is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to educate you on everything he is doing so you don’t have any questions unanswered. We had an issue where occasionally we would lose power to have our home. It was very inconsistent and there was no pattern. Ali came in and was very thorough in his detective work. After examining different outlets he looked at our main panel. It was then that he noticed one of legs coming into the house was 5 volts less than the other. His recommendation was to have hydro come out as there shouldn’t be that much of a difference between the 2 phases. Just as he was packing up, the power again went out to half the house. Again Ali went back to the Panel and measure the voltage coming in. This time he saw one phase was completely gone. This validated his initial thoughts and so we called out to Toronto hydro. Turns out one of the connections coming into the house had melted and that was the cause of the fluctuation readings coming in.

I would 100% recommend Ali and and his company to anyone. We will definitely be calling Ali again when we have any type of electrical work.

I was experiencing issues with several outlets and switches. Direct Electric was able to quickly address my issue as well as provide me with knowledge regarding what happened. They also came on short notice which was great.

Ali did a great job of taking care of a number of electrical projects in our home including, installing pot lights, restoring power to an electrical outlet, installing some light fixtures and ceiling fan, fixing some faulty wiring, installing a new light switch and light. He was able to quickly diagnose all of our minor electrical issues and fixed them effectively. All of the work was done well at a very fair price. To top it off, he was a nice guy as well and was friendly to our puppy who barked at him a lot at first.

Ali was fantastic! There were some challenges in the installation of the ceiling fan and light fixture but Ali was able to troubleshoot and fix the issues. Pricing was fair and service was excellent.
