Mark and his crew was fantastic! I have a 65 ft elm and cherry tree in the back with no backyard access except lane way between houses. It took the crew two visits to finish the job given high winds. Crew was always on time. Mark returned my emails/phone calls within 24 hours; answered all my questions; took care of my trees, yard and his crew. I highly recommend Rileys and would definitely call them again.

Mark and his crew came when they said and did a great job of repairing my trees that where damaged in the ice storm.
They even agreed to leave the wood chips behind and they now fill in around my bushes.

Of all the estimates we received for addressing the significant ice storm damage and extensive branch clean up, Rileys offered the most comprehensive service for the most reasonable price. They were friendly and accommodating, returned our calls promptly, and worked carefully and thoroughly to remove all debris. Our tree required extensive pruning and removal of selected branches to minimize future problems, maintain canopy and promote health. This was done with great care and expertise. Thanks to Mark and his team, we have already recommended them to friends and neighbours and will definitely use them again.

2nd time i have hired Riley's for some tree cutting services. I had a large spruce tree that started to tip over due to the weather. Called him on Tuesday, gave me a quote on Wed and had the team come out on (Good) Friday (holiday) to complete the job. Just like the 1st time, very impressed (have hired other tree services before, but none like Mark and his crew). Came on time, did the job without issues, and cleaned-up (like they were never there). Would def rec and of course hire them again.

We were extremely impressed with Mark and his team! Mark managed to accommodate us earlier than anticipated, due to the distress of the trees to be removed. Mark provided a timely, fair quote and followed up on every detail we discussed. Rileys Tree Services provided a great price and performed excellent work. The guys arrived on time and all work and clean up was done very well. Mark even came on a Sunday to provide the quote (filled out the on-line form).

Called Mark to have a damaged/deseased tree removed from our back yard. Also requested to have a few broken limbs removed from other trees surrounding our property. Mark was there within hours to assess the situation. Informed us the damaged tree was quite dangerous and definitely needed to be removed. He gave us a quote (which we accepted) and was there the next day to remove the very large damaged tree and trim all the others around our house. Was very please with the service provided. Mark and his crew worked quickly, safely and did a wonderful job! Would definitely hire them again, if needed!

During the infamous December ice storm we had a 40 foot Manitoba Maple come down in our back yard. I had originally planned on removing it myself in the spring but the more I looked at it the more I questioned my wisdom. My mind was finally changed when I realized that the city would not remove the big pieces and i would have to do that myself. I was thrilled to find Mark!! He came quickly to my home a gave me a very reasonable estimate. Once I settled on giving him the job he had the monstrosity of a tree removed in two hours with no mess and no damage to my property. If I ever need tree services again I won't think twice about who will do the job and I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anybody needing tree services. A job well done by and professional and friendly young man!

After the storm, I spent two days calling and leaving messages for someone to come and take down two big trees that were damaged in my back yard and leaned towards my neighbors house and property. Mark at Riley's Tree service returned my call and came out the next morning to quote me. We set an appointment for 8:30 Sunday morning, they showed up on time and was very professional and friendly, I would recommend Riley's Tree Service for anyone. I will use them in the future as I still have more work to do.
