all work was done within 5 working days. last day was waiting for inspectors OK and then finishing off the cementing on the floor.
can't really comment on price since never having it done before. With raw sewage in basement you do not want to spend time finding the cheapest price. Rooter-Man was down within 2 hours of my call. With the work they did and the quickness of the job I was very satisfied with the results.

A sewage backup led us to discover we were piping into an old shared lateral. We decided that the best course of action was to install our own sewage line into the city. Stephen came out immediately and prepared a quote and walked me through everything. He coordinated with the city contractor to make sure timing and expectations were aligned. His team (led by Alex) were extremely polite and professional. They finished the work within a week without and disruption to our day-to-day life. They also did everything possible to minimize damage to our front garden and basement floor. I could not have asked for a better resolution to a horrible and expensive situation.

Rooterman installed new sewage pump after old one failed. Friendly and prompt service. Good advice.

We had Rooter Man come in to replace all of our clay pipes with plastic and install a sump pump. The clay was settling and causing back up issues in our basement. We had a team of three fantastic guys come in to do the work. They Were very professional and easy to have in the house. They did an extremely thorough job of covering our furniture and cleaning up at the end of each day! We will absolutely recommend Rooter Man to friends and family and will hire them back for further waterproofing in our basement. Thank you for a great job!

Excellent work. We felt that Stefan was extremely knowledgeable about the problems that led to water in our basement and provided us with sound advice. His crew worked very hard, especially in removing 3 concrete window wells. Everyone was very pleasant and professional in caring out the work.

I am really pleased with the quick response from Rooter-Man in sending us Jay , their plumber to investigate the leak coming from my bathroom to my living room ceiling, Jay was efficient in finding the cause , and gave us his recommendations in order to have it repaired as we had coverage and were not sure if the company was going to cover , after further investigation it was in fact covered .
