Costa Caulking

We needed some caulking done on a leaky living room window that had been replaced a year ago, but not properly caulked and a couple of doors. Also needed some seams in the eavestroughing to be re-sealed.
I found Dave on Homestars and asked him to quote. Dave came by to quote, but explained that he did not do seam caulking on eavestroughing.
The window & doors were a small job and he said he would do them right on the spot.
The result looked fantastic (the type of caulking & tools he uses makes the finished product appear to be like trim, not caulking.).
That evening it rained and the living room window did not leak for the first time in months!
Dave was very professional and courteous and fast. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.
...now to fix my eavestroughing.

Just wanted to say thank you David for the excellent work that you did in sealing the gap between our pool coping and deck. Adding the mortar sand on top of the caulking blends in really nice with the rest of the decking. You can't even tell that caulking was applied. The windows and door's look amazing and I was impressed that not only did you take the time to remove the old caulking, you also did all the vents, electrical outlets and any pipes leading outside. The colour choice for the front door and garage matched the paint exactly.

When I first called, Dave was extremely helpful and came out to my home at my convenience in order to take a look at my windows and doors, and to provide me with a quote. He answered any questions that I had, to my satisfaction. They came out to do the work and were finished (along with clean-up) the same day. Their work is also guaranteed! They did a fantastic job and I have received a lot of good feedback/compliments with regard to the work that they have done. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with Costa Caulking. They not only removed all the old dried and cracked caulking, but re-insulated gaps around all the windows, re-caulked all exterior electric receptacles, caulked mortar joints along window sills and exterior vents. They even went the extra mile to apply caulking along some cracks in the brickwork. They took care of the cleanup and disposal.

Best of all, the windows look great. Excellent job.
