An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I contacted White Rock Painters to paint the exterior of my house which consisted of stucco and plaster with wood boards across the lower front. Christian and his crew did a wonderful job and I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the service. They went the extra mile to assure that I was happy so naturally last year when I decided to have the front wood and the trim done I called White Rock Painters. I had decided to paint my own front door and when I screwed up and bought the wrong paint, Christian brought some paint he had at home and painted it for me. That kind of customer service is something you don't see very much these days. So if you have any painting job you want done I would urge you to give Christian a call. You won't be disappointed.
