Some animal had created a hole in my stucco wall at the top of my 2.5 storey house. I left messages with two other contractors recommended on Home Stars and only of them called me back to tell me they were booked into December. I then contacted World Wide Stucco. Chef came out to give me a quote within 1 day and also identified other areas that needed repair. I did get another quote and Chef's quote was much more reasonable. I also appreciated that he identified why my stucco was cracking and gave me tips on how to preserve my stucco.
After he repaired my stucco, it rained the next morning and damaged some of the new stucco. I contacted Chef who responded right away to assure me that he would redo the damaged areas. He came out, repaired the areas and even gave me the left over stucco supply should I need it for any future repairs - all at no extra charge.
I was pleased with the workmanship (he also did a good job on colour matching my existing stucco), professionalism and prompt response. I have already referred him to a friend. I would use Chef again.
