I am very happy with Tom's services. He is incredibly thorough and hard working. He was on time, did an excellent job of finding out defects in the house I was buying and he answered all my questions. He is even eager to answer questions via email after the inspection is done and he is paid. Now, thats true professional. I will not use any other inspector again.

Tom devoted a great deal of time to check out both the exterior and interior of my house. I was impressed with the quality of work he did, uncovering problems many of which I would never have known. He went from room to room & floor to floor and to the attic, telling me what was right and what was a problem. He uncovered major issues with my house, and with this report I can now confidently confront the builder.

I certainly got more than my money worth.

This was very pleased the first time I used Home Inspection services from Clearview that I ask Tom to come back and perform my Tarion 1 year home inspection. He was very through and used an Infrared camera to highlight many issues that I then put on my Tarion form. I would highly recommend Tom's services.

We hired Tom to inspect this home which at first glance looked good. Tom performed a thorough inspection and uncovered many items that we were not aware of. For example, the basement was renovated by the existing owner and Tom was able to quickly tell that many "short cuts" were taken and cautioned us on the possible issues.
