I was very impressed with Tom's professionalism, attitude (affable and courteous) and knowledge towards home inspection. The job was done meticulously and he provided an excellent report. Tom Rando from clearview home inspection was fantastic. I have had 4 different home inspections done and the other company I had used was satisfactory but Tom was referred to me by a friend and I would say is the best inspector you can get. He was very thorough and provides an easy to understand explanations of potential problems and everyday functions of your home. Tom did a fantastic job and thoroughly inspected this home. Since this was an older house, we decided to select the more comprehensive package. Tom was very patient and answered all of our questions. He produced a very descriptive report that included digital pictures, thermal pictures, and lab results. He also spent time with me on the phone after the inspection was done.
