Simply amazing! We needed to have a home inspection done as part of the conditional sale. Tom went through the whole home thoroughly and systematically. He discussed all the issues with us as he uncovered them. They included foundation cracks (moisture in the basement), property grading, possible hidden water damage behind the shower tiles, roofing issues and more. We liked the manner in which he described the issues and what implications were for us. Tom is a true professional. We would recommend Tom's services

Great job on the home inspection and inspection report. Tom walked us through the house and explain what needs to be fixed for our 30 days warranty. He pointed out things that needs to be fix that we are not aware of.
